1. How can I place an order?

The control process is simple. Select the products you want, add them to your basket, then follow the secure payment steps. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. How are your products shipped?
You will receive your impeccably sealed order in secure packaging.

4. What are the delivery times?
We prepare and send your order as soon as possible. In general, you will receive your package within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order. Our goal is to ship your products at the latest the day following the order. However, in some countries, delivery can unfortunately take longer. We do our best to get your order as soon as possible.

5. What happens if a work comes damaged?
Despite the complete and safe packaging of your order, shipping damage can unfortunately never be 100%excluded. If you notice visible damage to the packaging during delivery, if possible control the content in the presence of the delivery man. If damage is present, photograph them and refuse delivery. If the damage is not visible from the outside, please record the damage using two relevant photos and immediately contact our customer service with the images of the damage. We will organize a replacement production for you as soon as possible.

7. Do you make international deliveries?
Of course, we take care of orders in both France and internationally.

8. In which case can I cancel my order?
At Pikdiz, each order is made individually according to the specifications you provide to us. Due to the personalized nature of our products, the right of withdrawal is unfortunately excluded. However, you have 1 hour after purchase to cancel your order. To do this, please send an e-mail via our contact space with your name, first name and the order number. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept cancellation requests, because the production of your order has already started.

At Pikdiz, our posters are sold individually and do not include frames. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your style and your space.

12. What is your return policy?
We do not currently support returns because the products you order are considered personalized and are made specifically for each order. If you wish to submit a new order, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

13. How can I follow my order?
