. What to do in the event of a damaged product?
Despite the complete and safe packaging of your order, shipping damage can unfortunately never be 100%excluded. If you notice visible damage to the packaging during delivery, if possible control the content in the presence of the delivery man. If damage is present, photograph them and refuse delivery. If the damage is not visible from the outside, please record the damage using two relevant photos and immediately contact our customer service with the images of the damage. We will organize a replacement production for you as soon as possible.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer accept the cancellation because the production of your order has already started, and each work being produced on request, it will no longer be modified or canceled.

What is your return policy?
